Text blocking?

How do I block a number that's been iMessaging me?

I keep getting iMessages from someone who thinks I'm someone else. He hasn't called me, so I can't black his number that way. He just keeps sending me texts, not spam or ***** types fortunately, but he's claiming I do know him. The number isn't in any of my Contact lists, so I don't know who these are from.
