new episode not yet available

I know there was an episode of Fargo season 2 last week. (Nov. 23) A week later & it has still not shown up. I checked hidden purchases but it was not there. I contacted customer support & was told they would check into it but it was a complex issue. Not complex to me, I've paid for a season I'd like my episode. I know sometimes the U.S. & Canada aren't showing the same things at the same times but the episode appears on the Canadian FX website.
