Follow the directions here - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you have a backup you will not loose any data. However, if you do not already have a backup in iCloud or iTunes then you will lose the data on the device.

Hi

Turn iphone off

Connect lead to USB on your PC

Press power button down dont let go on iphone.

Connect lead to iphone keep power button down

Until PC sees iphone wait for restore .

You may need to do this more than once before it works.
