iPhone is constantly switching between songs

Music on iphone is constantly switching between songs without playing any. They were set to download offline.

I had previously set a playlist to download all to my phone. Worked previously just fine. Now when i play the songs quickly switch like its trying to play each and moves on to the next, next, next. I've tried marking for offline again,does the same thing.
