No bootable device

Hello,

I have a big issue with a co-worker Macbook Pro (Model A1278).

He made a mistake with bootcamp and lost his recovery partition and main osx partition.

Actually, i have a grey screen at boot and just after a black screen with this message : "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key"

We try all the shortcuts we could find on the net, nothing worked.

This mac doesn't boot on a usb device.

The only thing i can do is booting on a windows installer DVD...... and the install works.....

How can i restore this mac ?
