So my mac is rusting and molding on the outside. It is eating at the metal and I can't get it off. Any ideas?

I have had my macbook pro for 3 years and ever since I put a shell on it is started molding and now it is eating at the metal. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Seems like the shell is causing the problem. Take the shell off?

Take the shell off and clean it. Keep your MacBook Pro out of humid (wet) environments.
