a few days ago I purchased family membership through itunes. I have windows 10 and android's phone. How can I add family members? I can't find a way to do this, not without family sharing, which I don’t have (I dont have any apple device).

Family sharing is not a Macos thing, it's an ITunes thing.
You should find it on the menus of iTunes. Activate it
Then, open icloud for Windows on you PC and link the apple music name you use on your Android device in icloud settings
