ipod will not play music thru Dell computer (Win 10) after being paired.

My old ipod and my iphone 6 after being paired with my Dell computer (running win 10) over bluetooth is not sending music to the computer. Music is still coming thru ipod and iphone. Had dell try and they said it is an apple problem. Is there a way that can make this work? Any help would be appreciated.
