Where do I change itunes billing information?

I tried to buy an app today and it said I needed to change my billing info as paypal is not accepted. Did Apple just start not accepting paypal?

I signed into apple store and my Credit Card on file expired 2 years ago, so I know I wasn't using that for payment. So I'm not sure if that is where I need to update my billing info to purchase apps. Confusing. Should be able to update billing info on your phone as a link from an app purchase attempt.

If it is expired, you will need to remove it (select None for card type) or add a valid payment type.

You can update from your phone. Go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores. Click on your Apple ID, then View Apple ID, Payment Information. From there, update your info.
