Use the information in the "contact us" link in the lower right of the screen to find how to contact Apple. Note though that resellers are independent companies that are not owned by Apple, operated by Apple nor regulated by Apple. So most complaints against a reseller need to be taken up with that reseller, not Apple.
I understand that. Here's the problem about replacing the iPhone a fault during assembly, it was found that factory mistake, and I should immediately get another new phone, but the reseller does not have the stock as a rule, should have.
As I said, all of Apple's contact option are listed on the website under the "contact us" link. I would point out though that nothing in the warranty actually promises or guarantees a replacement or repair be available immediately or even within any specific time frame. You can read the warranty at this web site as well, under the support tab, at the bottom pick hardware warranties. There is no mention at all in the warranty of any specific time frame for Apple to provide warranty service.
