What to do if you have forgotten security questions

ive forgotten my security questions and my rescue email but recently put money on my account which I can't access. How do I restore my account ?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
