After upgrade El Capitan I can't calibrate screen

After upgrade to El Capitan I can't calibrate screen on my laptop. Calibrator app doesn't allow use Set up step when i try create new colour profile. Just skip this step. Any idea how i can solve such problem? I'am designer so i need create custom monitor profiles.
