Iphone 5´s going direct to voicemail & i can´t make any calls- in spain

Hi My Iphone 5 is going direct to Voicemail. I ´ve checked with the operator and the line appears to be in order. I put the sim in another phone and it worked fine. I have reset adjustments and internet adjustments /restablecer adjusted/restablecer adjusted de red to no avail. I have reduced the service from 4g to 3g still no difference and i can't make any calls either. Help!! I paid for this replacement phone from Apple in March and it is out of guarantee what should i do & will Apple charge me if i go to the store. thanks for your help

Check to see if you have Do Not Disturb turned on in Settings. You say you have issues receiving a call, can you make a call? Have you been able to receive any SMS or iMessages, Mail?

i have received messages telling me i ve missed the call. i have checked and reset do not disturb no difference i´m afraid. it hasn't been dropped either.

i can´t make or receive the wifi connection is working

Try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

3G has to do with Data, not phone calls. Have you contacted the carrier to ask them about the status of the account. They should troubleshoot your account since this is a call issue. Do you see your carrier's name in the status bar and a signal displayed?

they did and they said the line was working fine. i tried the sim in another phone and it worked fine. the problem is the iphone it appears

Then what troubleshooting have you tried on the phone itself? User troubleshooting steps are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory. Test after each step. I'm not so sure this is a phone issue if the phone is getting signal (you did not answer that question) and the calls are going straight to voicemail, since that is a carrier function.

i have done all of that i checked the do not disturb etc.contacted the operator etc, checked the sim. reset network,Just reset localization and privacy. and adjustments of internet again and it seems to be working.
