My game center account has been restarted

I signed out my Game Center account and signed back in. When I did, it asked me to accept Terms of Service, and write a new nick name, so I did. And now I've lost everything. I had like one game that i played 4 years and it was all on the game center, now they're all gone, plus I am no longer listed on any Leaderboards I was previously on.

Why did this happen? I know I've accepted the terms before, I figured they were just updated so I needed to re-accept them, and then this happens...

Can you say, Apple FAIL?!! ... I find myself saying this all the time...
