iPhone 5s wifi won't turn on (greyed out)

Recently my iPhone 5s has had poor connection to my house wifi. My computer and other family member's devices connect fine. One day the wifi for my phone shut off completely as has been greyed out since. There is no option to try to turn it back on.

I have tired turning off the phone as well as resetting the network settings. Nothing works. It still is greyed out and won't allow me to turn it on.

What do I do?
