hi all
i don't know how to share my Photo's library locally with other macs. please show me how, i prefer not to go through iCloud photo's library since my photo's library is huge.

There really is no way except iCloud Photo LIbrary
Photos is not a multi user program and does not work with a networked library - it must have the library on a locally connected drive
There are other photo managers that do allow networked libraries and are set up for multiple users - Apple does not make one
