Call Receiving Error

I have a Mid 2011 21.5 inch Imac with a 2.5 GHz i5 chip. I have El Capitan 10.11.1

When I receive a call, It shows on my mac, but when I click answer, it turns grey. It then shows this. This is an iCloud issue. I have found no solutions. Thanks, wwb00.
