My gift item was never redeemed because the recipient was not able to on their end. How do I get a refund of the item that will never be redeemed?
I sent an Album as a gift to a friend. They said they were not able to redeem it. How do I get a refund for the item, because it will NEVER be redeemed and just sits on my account?
