I bought a second hand ipad on ebay but i dont know the password to the itunes account its associated with and i have no way of getting in contact with the seller again. I already restored it but it still wants that password. Any advice

There is nothing else you can do.
There is NO WAY to bypass iCloud lock.
There would be NO point to having iCloud lock if it could be bypassed.
iCloud lock is a anti-theft measure.
Why can't you contact the seller? If the seller is no longer an Ebay user, they device is probably a stolen iPad. File a complaint with Ebay.
