I have tried on several attempts to delete my iCloud from my iPad air because it has a old email address that does not exist anymore therefore I have no password to delete it who can help me this is frustrating I have never sign in to iCloud either.

do you have a passcode because there is a method that will reset the device but this only works if you have a passcode

The trick is to fail to enter the passcode 10 Times

if you are running iOS 7 or later this should reset the device

Entering an incorrect Apple ID passcode multiple times will NOT reset the device.
