Update Billing Info

I got a new card in the mail with a chip, so obviously when i canceled my other card all my subscriptions that were on my other card will not charge next month. iTunes wants to me to update my info and whenever i put in my new card information it keeps telling me to contact iTunes support. Ive changed my card info before buts its never done this.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.1

If you haven't already done so and done as the message says and contacted iTunes Support then you will need to do so (these are user-to-user forums) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
