I have a black screen with itune icon and zip type line ending in a lock symbol. How do I remove and get to my home screen?
My screen went to an unfamiliar screen that is black, has an itune icon, and a symbol that looks like a white vertical line ending in a lock-type picture. I cannot get out of the screen even when I power down. It is there when the I power the phone back on.
