iPhone 6 - Windows XP - iTunes version 12.1.2.27 issue

I run Windows XP. I’m on an older machine. My computer works fine.

I have iTunes version 12.1.2.27.

iTunes can’t be updated any farther on a PC running Windows XP.

I just went from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 6.

iTunes version 12.1.2.27 won’t work with an iPhone 6. It needs the updated version.

In order for me to update iTunes, I need Window 7 or higher.

SO….
1) I was able to transfer my contacts via a 3rd party software called “AnyTrans”.
2) My music and pictures are trapped on my PC’s iTunes. I can’t get my music and pictures to my iPhone 6.

Is there another way? Is there another program that will work with my version of iTunes and Windows XP so I can get my music to my iPhone 6?
