Apple TV movie rentals

I own two 3rd generation Apple TV's. I love them most of the time. They play nearly everything I wish to watch without a hitch...except for movie rentals. I cannot watch rented movies. I rented Vacation four days ago and cannot watch it on either of my TV's. I tried again this afternoon and it said "ready to play in 39 minutes"...that was 4 hours ago. I have changed the playback and resolution settings, I have restarted and updated my boxes and now I just want to either watch my movie, or get my money back...
