internet recovery says service not available

Hello,

I wonder anyone can help.

I happened to replace my HDD, now on new HDD I tried to go for internet recovery, it goes to internet recovery, gives me language selection, then asks me for my apple ID and Password, goes to download bar and shows a msg saying SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

What does it mean ?

I did everything that people advised to get it done but unfortunately failed to install a new copy of OS from internet.

I bought Macbook from Apple a few years ago.

Please please anyone help me how to get a new copy of OS installed on my Macbook.
