how can i play dual audio movie on my iphone 5s?

I am using iPhone 5S with IOS 9.1,

I have one movie which have a dual audio but i cant change audio

can any one help me please!!!!

The video app on iOS does not allow you to select an specific audio track (at least in any place that I can find). Where did you obtain the movie and how was it loaded onto your iPhone?
