Unable to download Podcast

i cannot seem to install podcast on my iPhone 6s .It says to Open on App store but doesn't doweled it.i also tried using my PC but cannot add it to my phone,while my 4s is still linked to the same pc and working well.Do you guys have same problem on iOS 9.1 ?

And off course the idea that you can't play music while taking a picture is so ridiculous.They should really work on all this and get an update.
