Boot Camp getting stuck on windows support (can't skip)

I know this has been asked before and I know the answer should be to download the support software separately. However, boot camp doesn't give me the option NOT to download the support software. It goes straight from the start screen to asking for the iso and then it goes to downloading the support software and gets stuck. Normally there should be 3 check boxes at the beginning right? Please help, Thanks
