Authored a book and added iBook to library. It loads with mixed up wrong meta data like TITLE.

I have authored a book in iBook Author. Then exported it to iBook format. Opened iBooks and added it to the library only to fined the title is missing words and meta data on the list page shows author is not correct. Book appears to work but this is messed up. I've checked on updates but nothing out there for iBooks right now. I'm running OS X EL Captain Version 10.11.1

Using iBooks version 1.3

Anyone see or having these issues? Anyway to reinstalled iBooks some how to resolve the corrupted import process?
