English-Chinese dictionary not automatic show

Dear All,


as a Chinese, it much more easy for me to have an English-Chinese dictionary to check with the meaning of English words.


the bad new to me is that, the English-Chinese dictionary not automatic show in the define function, I need to press manage to add back every time (it no need to download!!!!!!). it drive me crazy about how to set it into default display.


i tried to set my iPad language into English or Chinese-Traditional either.

i also delete all the other dictionaries, but it just leave me with empty..........


please help, and give me any advice


the info of my device:

iPad mini2,

ios 9.1(13B143),

no JB,

normally use English as system language

P.S. when will Apple give a English-Traditional Chinese dictionary.
