Can't get my Magic Mouse to scroll

So, for various reasons, I bit the bullet and installed Windows 7 64-bit on my MacBook Pro 17" from early 2011. Everything works fine, the trackpad, and most of the Magic Mouse.

My problem is that the multitouch that allows me to scroll is NOT working. I already downloaded the Boot Camp set of drivers and installed them but it didn't make any difference.

Anybody knows how I can enable the mouse scrolling?
