2012 Macbook Pro Retina 15" Crashes weekly

Would someone be able to look at my crash report and tell me why my macbook crashes. Every week or so it randomly freezes and I'm forced to shut it down manually. I finally kept the crash report. I would appreciate any and all help. Here is the report:
