how can i delete the former WLAN connections ?

I purchased a used IPad Model MD540PP/A, wich find my home Wlan, but coultnt connect to it. I be not able to delete this connection to make it new from beginning.

The iPad only has the ability to connect to a Wi-Fi or Cellular Data network. Here are the available resources:
