How do I find and replace across chapters?

I want to change one word I've been using in my book. Is there any way to find and replace across chapters? Or is this only done chapter by chapter? There are 68 chapters in the book I'm editing 😐.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

Never mind. I found out that Find & Replace works on body text, and that headings need to be changed in Layout View. If I could, I'd delete this question, but hopefully someone who has this question in the future will learn from my mistake.
