how do I left align the url in safari browser?
I want to left align the uRL in the Safri browser so the favicons are visible and also so I can alter a longer URL

CMD+L
is the way I do it, there might be prefs hack, and if you find it, please post it here.
this is just one of a thousand really stoopid design over function apple bugs...
Thanks Dominic23. That makes it happen, but I am also wondering, like ShimmyShack if there isn't a permanent way to correct this issue. Unfortunately for me, the CMD +L does what I wanting, but in addition, I get a drop down that covers a large portion of the screen, and when I click in the display area, the URL moves back to center. I would like to see something in Safari Preferences to make this an option.
