Want to upgrade Late 2011 Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63b) but unable to? Help!

Help! I'm wanting to upgrade my system in order to use Adobe apps, but my current system is no longer compatible. Can I upgrade?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Yes, you can upgrade your iMac to the latest version of OS X. I do want to point out that while you can upgrade, you might not have access to all the features like Handoff and Instant Hotspot. With the reasons for upgrading is for Adobe apps, I don't think it will be a problem.
