Hi,
My iPhone was stolen last week and I immediately blocked the IMEI on the box that I had only to realize that yesterday that it was probably the wrong IMEI.
Apple replaced my faulty phone last January and the box I had belonged to that phone. I was not given a box with the new phone so I do not know where to get its IMEI from.
Any idea what to do now?

Did you sync or backup the phone with iTunes? If you did you can find the number in iTunes.

What do you mean by blocked the IMEI number? You can erase the device in iCloud using Find My iPhone.

Your carrier should know which IMEI you were using and should have blocked it accordingly.
No I do not think my phone is synced to iTunes because I did not use it on my new laptop.
IMEI blocking prevents the thief from texting or calling from my device. I do not want whoever stole it to enjoy using it. Plus, my device has been offline for over a week and you cannot erase an offline device

If it was active on their network, yes.
