I cannot get past "Review Your Address" in setting up iTunes.

Hi folks,

I set up a new Apple ID and am trying to get into iTunes to upgrade my OS.

However, I cannot get past the Review Your Address screen. I keep getting an error in red font to the right side of the screen stating:

Any help would be most appreciated!
