having a hard time popping open chip on my 5S so that I can switch my phone
I have a 5s and I cannot open the side so that I can upgrade to a new phone. Used a paper clip, but won't open.

If you don't have the tool to remove the SIM card tray, visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store next to your place and ask them to do it.
