How to transfer a purchased ringtone from one device to another device?

I purchased a ringtone on my iPad to use on my iPhone. How to do I transfer the ringtone to my iPhone, that doesn't required itunes on the computer.
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3
You can't without using your computer, you need to be copy them from the device to your computer's iTunes (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases) so that you can then sync them to your other devices - they are one-time only downloads and won't show in the cloud for redownloading on other devices.
