My iPod wont sync anymore. It say that i have to "restore" it and after that it say cannot to do it cause the iPod is "busy". **** PPP

Hello!

Got my iPod on eBay last year, and last week we got the new updates on our MacBook. This morning i tried to put some new music on my iPod and everything was erased after the synch. And when i connect my iPod to my computer it said that a have to restore it, so i proceed, and then i have a message "cannot synch cause the iPod is busy?

Can someone help me with this ?!?!?!?!
