I have a MBP mid12 13", It was running windows and el captain fine until I added a partition to mac side. now windows won't boot up. I need Windows for my engineering programs.

Can you post the output of the following Terminal commands?
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

Go To Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal, triple-click on each individual line and Copy (Command+C) and Paste (Command+V) in the OSX Terminal Window.
Post the output after removing any personal information as you see fit.
1. Was the additional partition removed? It is not there right now.
2. Please post the output of
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
sudo dd if=/dev/rdisk0s4 count=1 2>/dev/null | hexdump -C
Yes, it has now been deleted, i just bought an external drive and I was hoping that deleting what i did would get it back to work.
