Sign in link in App Store app does not work

Hey,

Clicking the Sign in link in the App Store app (OSX El Capitan) simply does not do anything and so I cannot access my purchased items. It does not matter which tab (Feature, Top Charts, Purchased, etc.) I click the Sign in link from, it's completely dead.
