xlsx files crash my Numbers on opening

Hi all,

I have been having an issue with Numbers trying to open xlsx files. They always crash Numbers before it even opens the file. Every single time. Numbers normaly opens up without a problem, but xslx kill it. Any thoughts how to handle this?

I'm using Yosemite OS and Numbers 2009 version on 2011 MacBook Pro.
