My iphone 5s got remotely controlled last night what should i do ?

I hope im keeping within the rules as it is tuesday if not let me know... Anyways last night my phone got remotely accessed last night, i got woken up at stupied oclock last night by the itunes store playing a taster of akon, i turned it off from there as well i was half asleep and turned it back on this morning, i have had apps open that i havent opened, print screen done with faint writing on it that i cant fully read because its kind of big, things have been written into my reminder that i haven't written, and my app store got changed to the american store, which i wouldnt even know how to do if i tried it, what should i do ?
