Yahoo mail account not fetching? (Mail app and yahoo app)

I have tried everything I can think of, and I just think this is a bug.

I have an iphone 6s, running ios 9.1 with the updated yahoo mail app.

I don't receive mail as it comes to my mail box, I have to manually check the app in order for it to receive any mail.

This use to work just fine, but doesn't work now.

I have checked in the settings, push is turned on and notifications are turned on.

Any other suggestios?
