Safari does't save password on localhost

My Safari doesn't save my passwords on localhost, but saves on online sites. I can save Facebook, Gmail, etc, but localhost sites I can't.

I using Safari 9.0.1 (11601.2.7.2).

Why? How can I solve this problem?
