Q: The "Fn" + "Delete" no longer makes a "Forward Delete" on Windows

The "Fn" + "Delete" no longer executes a "Forward Delete" on Windows 7 with the new 2015 Apple Bluetooth Keyboard (Model A1644).  Please help.
