ITunes Locking up

After ITunes opens after about 3 clicks to open songs, etc. ITunes becomes unresponsive. I've tried rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling, repair, fixing errors on the computer, scanning for viruses. Any ideas? It worked fine last week and now this week.....not so much. Thanks in advance.
