My mom is receiving all my messages through iCloud on her iPad and I would like to turn it off how do I do that?
I Just want to make it where messages are only readable on my phone not on any other devices

You have to sign out of your account on Messages on the iPad:
From Messages > Preferences > Accounts > Select the iMessage account > sign out then have her sign in to her account.
I would also check your iCloud settings (System Preferences > iCloud) and your FaceTime settings (From FaceTime > Preferences > Apple ID)
